A combination of industrial-style decor elements, modern red accents, and neoclassical finesse comes together to create this eclectic home interior. Designed by Oksana Dolgopiatova, the home interior is filled with unique pieces of interest that keep the eye exploring. A wide palette of red hues builds layering and depth in the living room, where accents range from raspberry to dark maroon. Raw concrete walls and gray soft furnishings counterbalance the warm interludes with cool expanses, while gold accessories add a luxe metallic flash. Rattan wall lights and layered textures add a burst of boho style to the master bedroom. Black decor features tip the luxury bathroom aesthetic into darker realms.
A red media console strikes the first note of color into the eclectic living room, followed by color-matched curtains and coordinating scatter cushions.
A tripod floor lamp adds a bright flash of gold to the decor scheme, which contrasts warmly against industrial-style raw concrete walls. Wooden floor tiles add natural texture and tone to the space.
The living room gains a neoclassical feel from a deeply decorative door trim. The traditional door frame is uniquely finished with a maroon color-blocked paint effect.
Beyond the feature doorway, decor is dark and shadowy. The combination builds drama and intrigue.
The paint effect around the door is asymmetrically offset to create added interest. The color contrast also draws attention to the raw texture of the bare concrete stucco.
Attention is drawn to the center of the lounge area with a plush round rug. A small sectional sofa draws around the gray rug in a cozy, L-shaped configuration. Display shelves are built in behind the couch to construct a light-permeable room divider.
A small, gold floor lamp adds a moody glow next to the red media console unit. Its soft illumination highlights the silky texture of the red and silver-colored drapes.
Behind the shelved room divider, there is a formal dining area. Maroon paintwork envelops a wall of panel molding to construct a rich focal point behind the dining set.
A fluted flower vase adds a touch of en vogue texture to the room.
In the kitchen, a peninsula doubles as a casual breakfast bar. Raspberry red upholstered kitchen bar stools contrast brightly with gray cabinets and countertops. Natural wood tone breaks up the gray kitchen installation in the form of wall cabinets and peninsula facing.
Decorative door molding gives the home entryway a neoclassical flair. White marble tiles pour a luxurious vein across the entryway floor.
Maroon tassels cloak an entryway shelving unit. A decorative vase neatly adorns the top.
Glossy wooden units line one wall of the hallway, providing ample storage for coats, boots, and bags.
A small black stool and a round wall mirror make a convenient dressing area for the homeowner. An elegant gold wall sconce lights the way.
Matt black hardware gives the hallway storage units a strong contemporary aesthetic.
Inside the master bedroom, black decor accents become more prevalent. A column of solid black paintwork camouflages a nightstand by the pale upholstered bed. Sheer black curtains darkly frame the window.
A set of modern wall sconces bring in a boho essence with their wide rattan shades. A beige tasseled bed throw continues the theme.
Muted red paintwork draws a stripe of deep color around the base of the bedroom, while pale pink paint lightens the upper portion.
A small nook by the bedroom window is utilized as a comfortable reading nook. A cushioned bedroom chair, a small side table, and a slimline black floor lamp complete the ensemble.
The powder room is small but well formed. Art Deco-style tiles climb a narrow space behind the wall-mounted toilet, creating a column of striking pattern.
A tall vanity mirror reflects the patterned feature wall behind the toilet. The remaining walls in the guest bathroom are raw, industrial-style concrete.
Golden wall lights shine down on a matt white bathroom faucet that melds with the pale wall stucco. A quirky decorative vase in the shape of a bust holds a chic white flower arrangement.
Diamond-cut crystal glass forms a unique bathroom sink, which beautifully catches the light in the small, windowless room.
The master bathroom has a luxurious appeal with bold, black marble floor tiles and a fashionable racetrack-shaped vanity unit.
Ceiling-mounted bathroom mirrors get around the problematic window placement. Black window blinds darkly complement the black mirror fixtures and glossy vanity countertop. The illuminated mirrors negate the need for additional wall sconces above the twin bathroom sinks.
A wall-mounted toilet and bidet set are installed at one end of the long bathroom layout, while a freestanding bathtub occupies the other.
Frosted glass panels accept borrowed light into the bathroom while maintaining a level of privacy.
A narrow black accent wall is situated behind the freestanding bathtub, which anchors it into the corner of the room. A brass bath tap adds a bright metallic accent.
On the floor plan, we can see that the generously sized apartment also contains two children’s bedrooms and a children’s bathroom. The kids’ wing of the apartment is accessed via the decorative doorway in the living room.
