No. 1. Low-Country Boil
We celebrated the final weeks of summer break with our very own low-country boil in the backyard for Sunday dinner. I did my best to embrace the paper plate life for this messy meal and think the tablescape ended up being perfect for the occasion! I love the way these cordless lamps added a little glow to the setting.
No. 2. Winter BTS
While we are spending our free time as a family soaking up the last days of summer in the pool, last week found me layered in cozy sweaters and fancy dresses for our McGee & Co. Winter shoot. You’d never know it was 90 degrees outside, haha.

I am always on the run and have come to count on a bag to pull a look together – this Sezane bag does just that. The simple shape is elevated in a beautiful color and finish, making it the perfect piece to pair with everything from dresses to a basic jeans + tee combo (my fave).

No. 5. Design Lab Projects Continue
The exterior updates on our home are nearly done! I love seeing what a big impact these changes add to the home, even if it feels like we are currently living through constant mayhem and dodging scaffolding everywhere we turn, haha.

I recently finished this book and really enjoyed it – a great, easy beach read that has me dying to visit Nantucket.
